The Bremhill Parish History Group invite you to attend a talk in situ about the fascinating history of Saint Martin's Church by the well- known local clergyman and historian Jim Scott. This entertaining talk will be followed by insights into Bremhill Court, the architecture and the personalities that lived there, by the present incumbent Chris Ellis. This promises to be a wonderfully interesting evening visiting both buildings which are adjacent to each other and combine a bit of local history, hear about several famous occupants, all mixed with a measure of good humour and of course...refreshments. An evening not to be missed.
Thursday 15th August 2019, 6pm at St. Martin's Church, and afterwards at Bremhill Court. Speakers: Reverend Jim Scott and Chris Ellis.

On Thursday 15th August 2019, about 50 of us assembled in the church for a fascinating talk by the Reverend Jim Scott on the history and social aspects of Bremhill Church.
After this we moved to Bremhill Court for a most interesting talk on its history and tour of the gardens by the present owner, Chris Ellis followed by refreshments.
A huge thank you to Jim and Chris for their wonderful insights and entertainment.
